• Programme is subjected to change depending on registration numbers for each race category.
• Parents and babies are expected to report 1 hour at the Race Check-In counter before the allocated race time.
• All participants will be automatically indemnified for the event.

• Upon check in, proceed to holding area to wait for race commencement.
• Babies are to race in Diaper Dash event tee and diaper with the provided race bib during check in.
• After the race, each baby participant will receive a finisher race medal.

Race Mechanism

• Babies will be randomly pre-selected to compete in groups of 12.
• Babies' allocated timing will be made known to the parents during the Race Pack Collection Day on Sat & Sun, 9 & 10 Sep 2023.
• Failure to be report 1 hour before the allocated race time for qualifying rounds and 30 minutes before the race time for finals will be handled on a case-to-case basis.
• For fair competition, all babies in the FFL Super Crawlers race category will be placed in a seated and ready to crawl position at the starting line.
• Timing will begin the moment the bell is sounded and end once the baby touches the finishing line.
• FFL Freestylers: Babies can freestyle the moment the bell is sounded and MUST cross the 5m race course and finishing line to be deemed successful at completing the race.
• FFL Super Crawlers: Babies MUST crawl along the 3m race course and pass the finishing line to be deemed successful at completing the race. Walking babies will be repositioned by their parents to the last crawling point to continue the race.
• The baby with the best race time from each group will stand a chance to win the top 10 prizes.
• Incompletion of the race results in disqualification.
• Babies will be awarded with a finisher race medal for their completion.

Rules & Regulations

• Babies will race in groups of 12 in intervals of 10 minutes.
• Timing will be based on horned time, and time is clocked once the baby has crossed the 3m or 5 metres race course and when he/she first touches the finishing line. Parents are not allowed to push the baby off the starting line when the starting bell sounds.
• Parents are allowed to bring toys, snacks and any other possible props to attract their baby to cross the finishing line. All parents must attract their baby from the finishing line and must not throw their items towards their baby.
• Parents are also not allowed to touch other babies participating alongside them.
• Parents must not lift their baby off the race mat until he/she passes the finishing line and time is clocked.
• Only one parent is allowed on each end of the track (start and end point of the 3 or 5 metres race course).
• Babies must complete the 3 or 5 metres race course and pass the finishing line to be deemed successful at completing the race.
• No footwear is allowed in the race lanes and parents must not enter the race lanes when the race starts to ensure the safety of the baby participants.
• Babies are allowed to continue to race despite shifting lanes during the dash.
• Crying babies are allowed to be removed from the race track by parents but will be considered disqualified. Incompletion of the race results in disqualification and all babies will only race once.
• The race will continue despite babies staying stagnant in the race lane until the rest of the babies have crossed the finishing line. The maximum time for each group is 10 minutes.
• Parents are not allowed to swop positions when the race is on-going.
• Any appeal after the race is chargeable at $50 inclusive of GST. Event organiser’s decision for appeal is final. Closing time for appeals is as follows:
  • FFL Freestylers (13 – 15 months): 16 September, 1:00pm
  • FFL Freestylers (16 – 18 months): 16 September, 4:30pm
  • FFL Super Crawlers (6 – 9 months): 17 September, 1:00pm
  • FFL Super Crawlers (10 – 12 months): 17 September, 4:30pm
• For babies: An event t-shirt will be given out in the Race Pack. All baby participants must wear the event t-shirt and a personal diaper to compete in the SAFRA Diaper Dash. Please paste the race bib sticker on the back of the baby’s diaper during the race check in. Parents are responsible for their personal allocated race bib and any replacements are chargeable.
• For participating adults: Only 2 adults are allowed into the race course. Adults are advised to be dressed appropriately as they will be in bending and squatting down position to assist their baby.
• 10 winners from each race category will be informed and contacted once the official timings of each category has been tabulated. All babies will be awarded with a finisher race medal upon completion of the race. The top 3 babies of each race category will receive a Diaper Dash trophy.
• Diaper Dash will be held indoors at Level 3, Atrium of SAFRA Punggol on 16 & 17 Sep. All races will proceed in the event of inclement weather.

Medical and Safety

• The organiser has taken all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all babies and will not be responsible for any injury sustained, loss of or damage to personal property during the race.
• Parents whose babies are feeling unwell up to 3 days before the race are advises to determine if they are physically well to continue with the race. Please note that there will be no refunds for no show.
• Parents are expected to call the event hotline in the event of no show on event day. Please inform us at least 1 hour before your stipulated race time.
• All babies have been automatically indemnified upon registration.

Pram and baggage deposit

• There will be a pram and baggage deposit at Level 3, Atrium of SAFRA Punggol. All prams are to be collected by 5pm on 16 and 17 Sep.
• The organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damage, personal or otherwise, to the belongings and items deposited.

Nursing Room

• Family rooms are located at level 3, at the back of the Concierge and at level 5 in SAFRA Punggol. All rooms are of individual cubicles and are equipped with limited amenities. Parents are expected to bring their personal amenities deemed necessary.
• Access is strictly permitted to mothers or female caretakers and babies.

Additional Nursing Rooms

• Additional nursing rooms are located at #Getfit Studio, Level 3 at SAFRA Punggol.
• The additional nursing rooms is accessible via identification of mothers' wrist tags provided upon event day check in.
• A hot/cold water dispenser will be equipped in the additional nursing rooms.
• The organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
• Access is strictly permitted to mothers or female caretakers and babies. Wrist tag will be given to female caretakers upon request by the baby’s mother at the event check-in counter.

• $10 Diaper Dash e-voucher is not stackable; only one e-voucher can be used to receive a $10 cash discount from a single receipt.
• Redemption of voucher to be made only through front counters of the main McDonald’s restaurant at SAFRA Punggol's outlet only, while stocks last.
• Not available for My McDonald's App deals, McDelivery®, Drive-through or with other offers at McDonald's.
